Effects of 6 months of diesel exhaust exposure and chronic pressure overload on cardiac hypertrophy. Transverse aortic banding (26 gauge needle) was done in conjunction with DE (300 μg/m3, non-ozone treated) or FA exposure for 6 months (6 hr/day, 5 days/week). A.
