ZAS and conditioned media from L-2 cells treated with TNFα (1 ng/ml) represent positive controls. Asterisks denote a significant increase compared to the negative control (* p < 0.05). Significant increases from the appropriate cell-free treatments are denoted by a dollar ($ p < 0.01).
