Data are shown as mean ± SD for 3 samples per group. The inset from 14 days post-exposure shows the polyacrilamide gel bands for IL-15 mRNA transcripts and the comparison ubiquitous gene GAPDH from the air- (A) and silica- (S) exposed lungs.
