Kinetics of cell dependent nanomaterial cytotoxicity. Time dependent toxicity profiles for each nanomaterial group. Nanomaterials cause time-dependent drops in cell viability. Nanomaterials at 100 μg/ml were exposed to (a) 3T3, (b) hT, and (c) RAW cells for 6, 12, 18, and 24 hours. Viability was measured using MTS assay and normalized to untreated cells.
