Fullerene nanoparticles transiently induced the gene expression of CINC-1 and CINC-2αβ in the lung. Nickel oxide nanoparticles (reference material) persistently increased in the gene expression of CINC-1 and CINC-2αβ mRNA not only in the acute phase but chronic phase.
