GSH/GSSG after NPs exposure. Effects of TiO2, ZnO and CdS NPs on GSH/GSSG intracellular level. IP15 (a) and HK-2 (b) cells were exposed in RPMI medium with different concentrations of NPs for 24 h. As positive control, TBHP was applied at a concentration of 50 μM. Data are expressed as the ratio of the GSH level on GSSG level. Data presented mean ± SE of at least three independent experiments.
