Recovered weights of incubated samples in quadruplicate are expressed as percent relative to the recovered weight at 0 weeks, and presented here as mean ± standard error (SE) of the mean. The statistical significance of differences from the recoveries at 0 weeks were assessed by one-way ANOVA with Tukey's Multiple Comparison post-test. A statistically significant difference from the recovery at 0 weeks was set at p < 0.05 and is denoted by an asterisk.
