Exposure to PM 2.5 resulted in increased superoxide production in iBAT. A. DHE staining of adipose tissue sections from the mice exposed to PM2.5 or FA for 2 months. Frozen iBAT sections were stained with DHE (10 μmol/L). The oxidative red fluorescence was analyzed by fluorescent microscope. B.
