Measurement of [Ca2+ ] C after stimulation by TiO 2 NPs. RBL-2H3 cells were stimulated with TiO2 NPs with concentrations that vary from 0.1 mg/ml-1 mg/ml, in the presence of (A) U73122 (10 μM), (B) 2-APB (50 μM) and (C) Xestospongin (20 μM) and (D) Thapsigargin (100 nM). The colors used are in accordance with Figure 2A. Each line represents the average fluorescent intensity of more than 200 cells.
