The effect of conditioned media from macrophages co-exposed to NT long2 and cytochalasin D on mesothelial production of IL-1β and IL-6. A significant reduction in the levels of IL-1β and IL-6 release from mesothelial cells exposed to conditioned media from macrophages treated with NTlong2 and cytochalasin D was observed compared to mesothelial cells treated with conditioned media from macrophages treated with NTlong2 alone. Data expressed as mean ± sem, n = 3. Significance versus vehicle control *** indicates p < 0.001.
