qRT-PCR results confirm that 21 days exposure to BDS significantly increases the expression of several biotransformation, oxidative stress, inflammation and acute phase reactant- related genes. The 10 day recovery period allows a significant decrease in those gene expression levels. Data represent the mean for n = 5–7 mice per group.
