Analysis of nanoparticles internalized within cells using confocal microscopy. The indicated cells were incubated with NPR-PT and NPR-PTG nanoparticles at four different concentrations (25, 50, 100 and 200 μg/mL) for 24 h and were fixed with 4% PFA and dyed with Hoechst 3342 (DNA), pictures were taken using a confocal microscope as indicated in experimental section. A representative experiment 200 μg/mL of NPR-PT and 100 μg/mL of NPR-PTG is shown. Scale bar: 30 μm
