Evaluating DNA fragmentation and read quality for chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP) sequencing. a Using gel electrophoresis, DNA fragments were evaluated to determine size and distribution (average size of fragments = 654.3 bp). Two controls and two maternal nano-TiO2exposed representative samples are shown.
