Hydrodynamic particle size distribution. The hydrodynamic size of the particles was determined with NanoSight LM20 and the Nanoparticle Tracking Analysis software 3.0. Particles used in the ex vivo study was dispersed in DMEM (a). Particles used in the in vivo study was dispersed in 0.45 μm filtered sterile water added 2% FBS (b).
