The circle radiated from inside to outside represents the classification level from phylum to species. Each small circle at different classification levels represents a kind of bacteria at the corresponding level. The diameter of the small circle is positively related to the relative abundance. Coloring principle: bacteria with no significant difference between groups colored by yellow; bacteria with enrichment (LDA > 4) in the control group, medium and high dose of TiO2 NPs treated group colored by red, green, and blue, respectively. The relative abundance of Lactobacillus_reuteri (b) and Romboutsia (c) were significantly changed in the TiO2 NPs treated group, compared with the control group. * represents statistical difference (p < 0.05)
