The mean ILD in mass (number) of [105Ag]AgNP for all five retention time points is 25.6 ± 6.9 μg (7.94 ± 3.24•1011 #). Data are corrected for [105Ag]Ag activity retained in the residual blood volume of organs and tissues and correspond to the second line of each organ in Table 4; data are presented as mean ± SEM; n = 4 rats per time point. Data points for both groups of rats at 0.75 and 24 h are set slightly aside from each other for easier distinction of the highly reproducible data obtained. Statistical one-way ANOVA analysis with the post-hoc Bonferroni test in between all time-points are given in the matrix below
