Cytotoxicity of Nano-Ni and Nano-TiO2 in HaCaT cells. HaCaT cells were seeded into 96-well plates and treated with different concentrations of Nano-Ni or Nano-TiO2 for 24 h. Cells without treatment were used as control. The cytotoxicity was determined by MTS assay (a) and SRB assay (b).
