The concentration of ·OH in serum (a), heart (b), liver (c), spleen (d), lung (e) and kidney (f) after intravenous injection of different-sized Fe3O4, SiO2 and Au NPs (100 mg/kg) for 2 h and 3-CCA for another 1 h. The ROS was determined using 3-CCA as an indicator. All of the data were presented as the mean ± SD (n = 3).
