In vitro effect of several MWCNT and crocidolite on MLg fibroblast proliferation. Fibroblasts were treated for 24 h with different doses of MWCNT (NM400, NM400c, MWCNTg 2400) and crocidolite dispersed in 1.4 mg BSA /ml (final concentration 0.14 mg BSA /ml). WST-1 assay were used for in vitro assays. PDGF-BB (30 ng/ml) was used as a positive control.
