Analysis of (a and c) the weight gain of mice treated with nanoparticles and (b and d) the relative weight of the organs after treatment. Data of (a and b) 3 days and (c and d) 4 months after treatment. Mice were injected (i.v) with 6 μg/g NPR-PTG (green) or the same volume of PBS in the group control (black). The mice weight was measured (a) before and after 3 days of the treatment and (c) weekly during the following 4 months. (b) and (d) the mice were sacrificed and the weight of the different organs were measured after treatment and referred to the mice weight. Data represent mean values ± SD from 5 mice. *p < 0.05
