THP-1 macrophages were exposed to 0–0.1 μM MCC950 and incubated for 30 min before adding 200 μg/mL quartzite (a), anorthosite (b), rhomb porphyry (c), dacite (d), quartz diorite (e) and hornfels (f), and incubating the cells for 24 h. The level of CXCL8 in the cell culture supernatant was detected by ELISA. Results are presented as mean ± SD (n = 4) and are normalized to the mean response of each experiment.
