Representative images of immunostaining for DNA damages in lung sections after repeated exposure to a high dose of materials. DNA damages was performed using rabbit anti-mouse γ-H2Ax-Phosphorilated Ser139, and donkey anti-rabbit Alexa Fluor 647. Mice were exposed by single oro-pharyngeal aspiration to a high dose GO sheets (USGO or LGO), MWCNTs, or water for injection. All sections were counterstained for DAPI. Scale bar = 50 µm.
