Schematic of the exposure experiment setup. Little cigar smoke particles were generated inside the smoke machine, which were then directed and introduced to the exposure chamber. Particle size distribution and CO level were monitored by Scanning Mobility Particle Sizer (SMPS) and a CO analyzer. Smoke particulate was collected on a 25 mm PTFE filter by a SKC pump at 1 L per minute every five minutes for further analysis
